Be inspired by the Man in the Mirror and together invoke the best of Human Nature. It doesn't matter if you're Black or White, but you do need to register in advance to reserve your space. This class is open to all skill levels, but experience preferred. Expect to moonwalk off your mat at the end of class and experience a state of total bliss!
