Yoga Teacher + Retreat Leader
I’ve been teaching yoga for over 15 years. During my very first teacher training many moons ago, I raised $20,000 for the Off the Mat, Into the World’s Global Service Initiative and planned my first yoga retreat to Tulum, Mexico. I hit the ground running and have never looked back. Yoga has helped me countless times in my adult life, whether navigating personal hardships and heartbreaks, to helping me better understand myself and the world. My studies have been diverse and my teachings and offerings reflect that. It’s one of the greatest gift of my life to be able to do this work and share it with others.
I can’t wait to meet you!
