Maura's classes are breath focused and challenging, encouraging a deepening of the physical and spiritual sides of the practice while also inviting critical thinking about how to show up in the world more empowered and engaged. Maura is known for helping students hold "the tension of opposites", the charms and challenges of life, and living into the "both/and" of our experiences.
You can expect movement, alignment, meditation, breath work, philosophy and more all weaved into Maura's classes. Maura has a welcoming and accessible presence.

Great for all levels of students, even beginners.
